Working through Sobeys Local Development program we have been we have these two Small Batch Frozen Craft Beer Bread Doughs approves for retail at Sobeys and Foodland stores in Ontario. These two great tasting frozen doughs are currently available at the Sobeys Gravenhurst store in the beer section right next to the frozen pizzas. We are working with our excellent graphics person, Kaylea Buck Graphic Design, on more of our Small Batch Frozen Craft Beer Bread doughs to get them approved. We are also starting to work on getting our products into other stores.

We also have our two Do It Yourself kits available at The Nook Boutique & Gift Shop on Bay Street in Gravenhurst. There’s the Oatmeal Stout kit that works with most darker, maltier brews and morphed from my Grandmother’s porridge bread recipe as well as the versatile Honey Garlic Ale kit that works nicely with most paler coloured beers except IPAs and Pale Ales as the bitterness of the beer would clash with the sweetness of the honey.

We also attend markets and events around the Muskoka, Almaguin and North Simcoe County events where we retail out two Do It Yourself Craft Beer Bread kits as well as our two Small Batch Frozen Craft Beer Bread Doughs.
